Bad Service and Hygiene in this hospital is in a deteriorating condition!

My son was admitted to hospital on 4 May 2021 with an acute appendicitis, he was in Ward 1A in room 2, bed C.

I was very dissatisfied as the toilet was very filthy as well as the floor next to my son’s bed. The one patient stomach started to work while he was laying in his bed, he walked to the toilet and it was a mess all over the room towards the toilet. They moved the patient to another room. This happened at 18:30, I went to the nurses on duty and asked them to clean the toilet and floor as my son had to use the toilet. The cleaner only came to clean the mess at 23:00. The morning of 5 May 2021 the dirty pants of this patient was still laying in the toilet on the floor and the floor was not cleaned properly.

The hygiene in this hospital is in a deteriorating condition!!!!
