Bad service and bad attitude

I took my mum to UNITAS hospital on the 27 April 2015 as she fell and hurt herself and couldnt walk. I brought her into Casualty to Dr Brandon Gouws, with a letter from Prof Ali to admit my mum as she is having UTI infections and couldnt walk.
I explained this but it fell on deaf ears, this Dr Brandon Gouws was not interested, just made us do lots of Xrays and Sonars and tests but after we were done he said my mum had a t11 fracture on her spine, he tells her thank you go home now but dont jump on trampolines or skip really...., so she asked him to admit her as she cannot walk, he said he cannot get hold of her Dr Joseph so he cant do anything and if she wants to be admitted she should come the next day and go through the same trauma that she went through for 7 hours at Unitas. He was adamant not to admit her. I am totally disappointed as my mum was bedridden and needed care and he said that is not his problem.

This is totally unacceptable and really the worst service I have ever received at UNITAS
