Bad service all around

I have video from casualty to xray no doctors or assistance. HOD seems to be overwhelmed, if I wanted a public service I would have not paid over 15k on medical for less than mediocre service. I will load videos if needed, we arrived at 18:45pm, with my wife having a pain in her belly and only got assistance around 21:00pm and left at 00:45am the next morning. To add injury to insult I went to the pharmacy and one of the pharmacy assistance Rofhiwa phaswana saw that I was in the line and waiting for assistance, however he decided to let his friends go before me and when I raised my concern I was refused assistance by him. I must say from begin to end the service was less than standard. Linksfield is the next public private hospital that has lost the service we pay for.
