Bad service

My stay at Netware kingsway hospital was a very bad experience. The nurses portrayed them self to be very inexperienced or they just didn't want ro do they job. I asked one off the nurses if she could please put my pain meds onto my iv and she told me that she only has 2 hands and I can wait her name is Queen Maduna she had such an attitude. They don't even check if u take your diabetic meds There was a patient next to me that kept asking for his insulin they don't care if your meds are taken or not. I asked 1 of the staff nurses why they take so long to give our meds and some times they don't give it if we don't ask he said they are short staffed and he is only 1 person that doing the meds. They don't make your beds I had to scream and shout for my bed to get made because when u ask them they say OK and they don't come back to help. I slept in my dressing for 2 days until I asked if they could please do my dressing And I had to keep asking Such bad service from the nurses in that hospital it's ridiculous. The only good service that I received from that hospital is the catering staff. U are better of going to a life hospital than kingsway hospital u will die there
