Bad service

The nurses in section 2 they dont care about the wellbeing of the patients and they dont have sense of urgency when there patients rings the bell for assistance they always makes remarks before going to assist the patients and in matter of infact they dont even assist they just listen to what you saying and then go and claim to be going to call the assigned nurse!worse part this is regarded as a private and we are paying but patients are not receiving good care
