Bad Service

Sunday evening after reading symptoms of Malaria I took my daughter to the Netcare Pretoria East emergency room. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. But I started experiencing as bad service soon as the Dr on duty entered the room. She was very rude and raised her voice just as soon as she started speaking to me shouting \Why bring your child at this time"";same attitude at some but i wouldn't need to pay at a government hospital.she still didn't talk to me about malaria. Consultation fee paid for shouting and bad attitude. Should pay for test and hospital bed only"""
