Bad service

I am really disappointed with Garden city. Most of the nurses are friendly but others are not. Nobody comes to check up on you. If you ring the bell to they will come to you, but then you have to wait almost an hour to get what you asked for. Their price for their private room is ridiculous and there's nothing fancy about it at all. The spouse is not even allowed to stay over, and if you want them to, you have to pay a ridiculous amount ontop of the extra room fee. Here I am in my private room which I paid R1980 for and my TV is not working. Wow. Superb. My child is in the neonatal ICU, they almost gave her someone else's pumped breast milk. Thank the Lord I was there at that time to show them that it was not mine. they had forgotten to put the heater on in the incubator, my child was getting cold. Then she started to throw up the milk and we waited half an hour for the very abrupt nurse to come and see if our baby was fine and all she could say was 'we will monitor it my darling' really disappointed in Garden City. I will not be back here.
