Bad service

This hospital is the worst hospital in Pretoria North; I unfortunately consult there due to it being close to my home. I took my daughter for x rays for a head injury on a referral (out patient) on the 16th February around 17h30 when we finished I was only given the x rays with no report. When I asked for it I was told that the Dr is very busy, I have to wait for a while therefore I wrote down my email address so that they can cc me in when they send the report through to my GP. I checked with my GP on the 20st February and nothing was send therefore I send them an email but I still have not received any feedback todate - 26 February.

This is just one of the numerous experiences I personally encountered at this hospital.

The previous time I lodged a complain ( also about bad service received at their x rays department I was told that that department was not part of the hospital and they will address the matter with them.
