Bad Service

The only way Umhlanga Netcare Hospital will ever see me again is if my life depended on it an its my last option on earth. What a waste of a star. I got out of surgery late morning, an hour later I started pain. Asked for something for the pain. An hour later they pitched up with two myprodolls?? After lots of argument and other people with same pain complaining they eventually got us morfien. 21:00 that night my pain was at such a stage that I started going into shock. Asked again for meds and they rep**** that my doctor did not subscribed any medication for the night and they brought two more myprodolls. I took my file and saw medication they the doctor gave me that was not given. Asked them to phone him and ask. 22:00 I told then that I can be more comfortable at home with the same pain and they must bring my papers to sign. Only then did they bring meds. Next morning even the dokter was shocked!! Never again!!!
