Bad Service

<p>I hope you are the right person to be e-mailing in this regard.</p> <p>My 4year daughter went in for a procedure on Thursday - and I am truly not happy with the service we received.</p> <p>Firstly being a child she was admitted to the pediatric ward. On arrival the nurse at the nurses station ask me and quicte rudely "Are you in the right place?" I mean hello I was standing there with a child, what else would i be doing there. So after a struggle she was moved to Ward A.</p> <p>16:00 when theater list started - we went to theater. On arrival "Mommy where is her x-rays" really as if it was my job to know where the x-rays where. One of the nurses went to the ward and asked by husband where the x-rays were - I then had to go and fetch the x-rays and take them back to the theater.</p> <p>In theater they were clearly not ready for her. The anesthetist was not prepared with the anesthesia took a "bottle" that was standing on the floor with barely anything in. He basically said that he hopes it is enough to put her under.</p> <p>She came out of theater just before 17:00 - and off-course she was very hungry. When I finally had to ask one of the staff that distributed the food she told me that the nurses never informed them that there was an extra patient for peads. Thankfully she organised food for Megan.</p> <p>This was an utterly bad experience and I cant see that for the fees that are charged that this had to be so bad.</p>
