Bad refunding service

Dear Peter I was at the Union Hospital on the 28/01/2018 I paid with my credit card because otherwise they can't admit you. So I paid R4200.00 after all cost which we don't have an idea what it is for they owe me R4177.77 After a while the M/A paid also the account.

Me and my husband is both Pensioners so we are waiting for the money to get be paid back When I went do find out what is going on they told me they know it is there fault. They can only pay it back in a week time but they can't pay it in my credit card which I believe is nonsense. I 'm waiting now already for a month after I went and see them again they promise they will pay the same week and still its a second month and still no payment

What can I do? How mauch intressed could I already earn?
