Bad medical care

Friday the 27th of January my 3 month old son went into causalities at netcare garden city hospital . If I knew what I knew I would have went to mulbarton hospital and paid the price and not use my medical aid !! My son went into causalities at 8pm with a bleeding injection site that turned septic . I got there and asked for assistance as I have never been there before the guy behind the desk just pointed to a book to fill out . I then had to sit for another half an hour with a screaming 3 month old who is in pain !

Then I get called for vitals ! Sat there opening up a file and checking vitals . The nurse poked my son on the foot to test his sugar she then put the plaster incorrectly and ye started bleeding I asked for another plaster and she told me to take a plaster that was stuck on the Covid barrier between myself and her ! How long has that plaster been stuck on the board and you want me to put that on an open wound! She then tried to weigh my son but the scale wasn’t working mind you another hour wait .

Eventually we got to see a doctor who seemed very unsure of his duties ! Their curtains have a date on it . When it should be replaced yet it’s days pass it !

Honestly a terrible freaken hospital ! I will never step foot in that hospital again
