Bad Hospital experience
Yesterday when i took my daughter to them for a bee sting allergy it came to my attention that the reception lady wasn't very helpful we filled in the forms and she told us to sit and wait for for the lady that is working with the medical aid that we can pay we waited for an half and hour before she arrived the whole time that we have been waiting the the reception lady was on the landline with a private call we went in to see the doctor he didn't realy talk to me about anything he just said she needs antibiotics and inflammation medication for the bee sting so i went back out to pay and found out that my day to day benefits is out of funds and i have to pay the doctor R600 just to tell me nothing, there was another woman that came in she was very nauseas and dizzy and her knee was bleeding, her partner wanted to go in with her to assist with the questioning and they refused and told her that she must wait outside it is hospital policy
