Bad food service

I am currently admitted at St Augustines Hospital Surgical Ward 1 Patients are offered meals 5 times a day 3 big meals and 2 snacks (tea and biscuits/ sandwich) in the morning and night. I have been experiencing concerning service since my arrival with the meals. My order is taken as per routine by my meals always arrive last and cold and I am never offered morning tea. I always hear the trolley that delivers the food but then theres a long silence. Then nothing. This morning I pressed the bell for the nurses after I again had not been offered tea. I asked for tea and was served cold tea with a slice of a wet sandwich that was smeered with some paste. I requested to speak to someone responsible for meals and a certain Ms Cebekhulu (hostess) who said its not their responsibility to serve morning tea but the responsibility of the cleaners howerver my query of the badly prepared sandwich (which I believe was prepared at the kitchen ) was still not resolved nor apologised for. They promised to get the person responsibile for the cleaners to come to me but still nothing. This needs to be attended to its bad service and lack of accountability for patients who in fact should be looked after at expensive PRIVATE hospitals yet are treated this way.
