Bad experience at Netcare Sunninghill

I would please like to complain that the parking paypoints at Sunninghill hospital has not been working since at leat Tuesday. That forces me to withdraw money from those ATM machines at an exorbirant cost. Furthermore, the queue at exist is long and I get hooted at for providing a R100 note. I don't think a hospital realise the emotional trauma visitors are already going through just to be met with terrible, inconvenient and unacceptable bad service at parking. The attendant did not wash her hands before handing me my change and for a hospital, surely you should see the Covid risk in that. If your parking paypoints don't work, then don't charge parking.
