Bad Experience at a private hospital

Your receptionist was horrible. I told her I came for my wisdom teeth extraction surgery she told me to go across the road to the dental clinic. What nonsense. She was a clueless woman who wasted a lot of my time. Then she didn't know where I needed to go. Admissions was so busy and my surgery was about to start... They didn't want to accommodate me and the anesthetist had to delay other surgeries coz your reception and admissions took half an hour even though I filled all your forms two days prior. Bad experience. Also nurses didn't help stop my bleeding. I had to request gauze to bite on. They gave me water and said I must gargle the blood out (but it was written clearly From the doc that I can't gargle for 24hrs) so clearly they didn't read his instructions and know much. And I had to google to see I need to bit on gauze for two hours to stop the bleeding. That was highly unprofessional.
