Bad doctor at Netcare Umhlanga Trauma

I went to Trauma at Netcare Hospital 2 times this week and I was appalled by the way we get treated by the doctors in a private hospital. It's unprofessional and disappointing. On my second visit I had chest pains and I went in because it was quite unmanageable. For me it felt unlike the reflux I usually suffer from and my family has all had heart disease. I met the trauma Doctor who gave me meds for the reflux and then when she asked me if the pain was gone. I explained that most was resolved but there was one spot that had a recurring pain. It was the truth. She then went on to insult me by saying she finds it hard to believe the meds didn't work as it was not only for reflux but for pain. If she had taken time to ask me all my more questions she would have realised I have fibromyalgia and that it could be flaring up but I was so appalled by her attitude I didn't correct her. She never used a stethoscope and even listened to my heart palpitations. I have a low heart rate so it was elevated from its normal rate and I am hypotensive soy pressure is never normal but she never asked anything. I am so disappointed. I will never go back there. Later she came back and said I had elevated inflammation markers but I wouldn't die... My vitals were fine and sent me home with 2 weeks of antibiotics. I have diverticulitis, ******* colon and ulcerated colitis and reflux for 2 decades and she said we shouldn't panick. It's only starting. I even mentioned to the nurse the doc treated me for an ulcer last week and I was on steroids that aggravated it so you tell me how I am not supposed to be so ****ed off by her attitude. When. I asked to be scoped ASAP, she didn't believe it was required. its not her life or someone she cares about so she gave a damn. These people should not study medicine. They do it for the wrong reasons. I will never go back. I would rather drive to a better hospital.
