Bad communication skills from Lebogang Mogaladi at Netcare Kuilsrovoer

I received an account from the hospital for my husband when he was there. My medical aid said I am not liable for the account. The hospital do not sent authorisation to me which was requested. My husband was under sedation and nobody contacted me. They now send me final demands after a lady from the hospital told me she requested discount from supplier which she also never came back to me. I also dont know what the account is for excactly because our medical aid pay 100% for in hospital. We also have Gap Cover but they dont want to pay because the medical aid said we are not responsible. This is the worst hospital ever. I never had any problems before at Louis Leipoldt or any other hospital.Lebogang Mogaladi never phoned me or explain. Just forward accounts.
