I went to St Augustine's jst before midnight on 24 Jan I'm Labour. Got to Labour ward and I was prepped. The nurse checked how far I was dilated and hurt me so bad it was worse than the contractions. I begged from the time I got there for an epidural. Finally I was taken to labour ward. The pains got worse and still no epidural. The nurses left my husband and I alone with no assistance or direction. After a few hours of begging for pain relief I was told to use the gas mask which did not help. My husband begged the nurses to help me but nothing. When I screamed in pain they told me not to and I felt like they were saying I was over reacting. Finally after almost 7 hours of labour I have birth with no pain relief. My baby didn't cry and no one told me a thing even though I asked continuously for about 10 minutes why she didn't. Later on in the ward when I woke up I asked to remove my drip. This was about 8 in the morning. After asking four times it was removed after 12 this was hurting me as well. They didn't have my file therefore I had no pain relief after tearing during labour until they found it after 5. This was the worst experience and I would never advice any1 to go there
