Bad attitude and bad service

My mother is currently a patient at the Netcare Unitas Hospital in Centurion. She is a frail care patient and needs assistance to eat, to go to the toilet and to bath/shower. When she asks the staff on duty to assist her with cutting her food and help her eat, they ignore her. When she calls for assistance, it takes the staff between 20 and 30 minutes to respond to her call. The attitude of the so-called professional nursing staff is bad, they talk very loud to each other and have no respect for the sick people in the ward. What happened to being silent in a place where people need to recover? What happened to staff who cares for the patients, and will do everything to assist them and make them feel comfortable? I am really disgusted in the service and attitudes at this hospital.
