bad attitude

Am currently admitted at Bell Street Hospital Netcare, in da past week I have been recievng bad food but todae takes the cup. I orderd chesse cake on my menu for dinner desert and I received a s**** size of cheese cake, I went to complain to da sister on duty sr maritz hu then called the kitchen, the chef then came and I complaind about the s**** size of chesse cake and she said thats the size they usually give out I asked her for a proper size and if the isnt anymore she must then bring me malva pudding the lady who brought me the pudding by the name of Angela came to me and threw pudding on my plate nd left. Is this what we pay for to recieve such behavior.
