Bad and poor service

Good afternoon, My name is Thapelo I was admitted in Netcare N17 on the 4th of December 2024 ICU surgical (I was in an accident and right entire right left went for an operation)and everything went well, until when the moved moved me from ICU to Combined ward on the 13th of December 2024(Friday). The service on the ward is very poor, the nurses the are forever busy, I remember I was in pain after my physio session I had a terrible pain on my leg and asked a Nurse for painkillers, the nurse disappeared after 30min I asked another nurse for a painkiller and again she disappeared and after 25min she appears from nowhere "here is a pain killers"

The painkillers never worked with severe and ended up having headache. Then I asked for another painkillers after from the third nurse after 1h:30min seeing that the pill is not working, and she told me she can only give me another painkiller after 4hours, that experience felt like actual we are nothing here at Netcare N17.

Furthermore on the time of discharge the Nurse came with the Dr do the dressing to prepare me to go home and that was done by the nurse.

Today Sunday the 15th , I just realised that the dressing when the wound is, is when the sticky part of the dressing on several would and the wound is oozing. I'm really not happy with their Nurses I wouldn't recommend Netcare N17 to anyone.

When I call N17 about this they say the will charge me if I come back for proper dressing not unless I contact the Dr who did the operation, like really do they give us their contact details.

I'm not leaving this I'm also gonna report it with nursing counsel with pictures attached.
