Bad Accounting

I settled an account with Netcare 2 years ago for an asthma attack. Netcare accounting haven't updated my account and keep on sending to debt collector. This will compromise my credit rating. I am gravely dissappointed in Netcare accounting, I will avoid being a customer of Netcare in the future
