Awful Service - Refund Pending for more than a month

Awful Service – I have been waiting for a refund of R184 over month now. The staff are useless, *********** and has no sense of urgency. Don’t prepare yourself for an email or phone calls from them. You will have to do the calling and email. Feedback is not important to them.
