Awful Service at a private hospital

I rushed my 5 year old daughter to the hospital's emergency section last night since she had a high fever. It was my first time visiting the hospital and was expecting great service since its a private hospital and I paid R1500 for her to consult. I arrived at the hospital at 20H04, waited until 20H44 for my file to be opened. Then had to wait again until 21H44 for the Dr by the name of Antos to finally see my little girl whose body temperature was too high and she was feeling very weak. I even asked one of the nurses why the Dr was taking so long and she told me the Dr was new in the hospital and it was her very first day. My concern is what is the meaning of EMERGENCY? And why would I pay R1500 for such an awful Service. She gave my Daughter Panado, which is something I had already given my daughter in the house before taking her to the hospital..Then at 00H00 we were finally released because they said her temperature had dropped from 38 to 37. Even though she was still scratching herself because her whole body was itching we were discharged like that. I really regret going to that hospital because it was a waste of my money. Even now my daughter is still scratching herself
