Avoid Olivedale Hospital at all costs

My mother is in your hospital and has gone from being admitted with back pain to now being in an almost vegetative state thanks to your "care". When I try to visit, I am always given the run around by your staff in order to make it as difficult as possible to get in to see her. The latest from Section 3 is that they are "unable to help" after telling me to call on Saturday to arrange a visit. The management don't seem to know what is going on there either. In all honesty, with the useless care and staff my mother would have been better off if I had insisted she went to see the local Vet. Olivedale, you are the worst for service, care and empathy.
