Arrogant, rude and uncaring doctors at Garden City

My daughter was suffering with severe stomach cramps. I took her to garden city at 800. The doctor on call gave her buscopan and nurofen after I told him that I also gave her buscopan and that it's not working. Went home with my daughter still in allot of pain, took her to another doctor at 2, who advised that I need to take her back, she needs to be put on a drip. Garden City opened a new file because the files falls away after 6 hours I think, but when I got there they told me I had to give more time for the meds to work yet they want to charge me again for a follow-up. The doctor on call Dr Boschoff was very rude and said my child is pretending and refused to admit her to do more tests and to keep her on the drip since that was relieving her pain. my daughter is still suffering a day later. I will never go back to Garden city, they just like a government hospital only with exuberant fees that they don't deserve charging since their service is so pathetic. There should be a rule put in place that doctors only get paid if they provide proper medication and the patient recovers from their sickness, and that follow-up for the same condition should not be charged for
