Appalling service from nursing staff

I honestly don't think Greenacres deserves that star. Appalling service from the nursing staff, they have no empathy and no idea what is happening around them. My grandmother was admitted on Thursday (19 Jan) because she fainted and was disorientated. The doctor was the only person who showed that he cares about his patients. The next day we learnt that she was discharged from the hospital. We got there and she was catatonic and didn't recognize us or that she was in the hospital. When we asked the nurse if she ate something she shrugged and walked off. I asked the other nurse why she is being discharged because clearly you can see she is not in a state of going anywhere, she also just shrugged. The nursing staff doesn't care about their patients, they only care about their pay check and when they can go home I guess. Please employ based on their experience and passion, I am sure there are plenty of passionate nurses who cant find work because of political bs. Employ them and give patients better care and the hospital's reputation will go back to what it was not so long ago.
