Appalling service from accounts

Review for Netcare Clinton Hospital I got a text this morning from Clinton Netcare Hospital, the accounts department saying I should call Amanda Khanyile, to avoid listing on ITC... Ref ***

I have been calling and No one is picking the calls, I have already called 53 times and it's all the same..

What kind of services is this if they will not call you and expect to call them while they can't pick calls...

I don't want tomorrow to be dealing with listing as if it's my fault when they can't pick my calls...

Can someone call me as soon possible
