Appalling service at Netcare Greenacres Hospital

Today the 20 June, I re-visited Netcare Greenacres Hospital, after my previous visited of the18 June as I had car incident with minor bruises. Then around 13:00 to 13:30 on 20 June, at casualty I came with an appalling service from doctor who was completely unprofessional and rude. Since receptionist lady was concerned because I couldn't sit on their waiting chair and she refer me to beds side. That's where I met this rude doctor that clearly told me that my back pain hasn't been cause by car incident, without even examining me and she told me she won't give any sick certificate. I told her this not about sick note but the fact that now I'm experiencing back pain of which it's probable after effects from the car incident. I told her that this not about jumping the queue as I'm willing to wait for my turn and I requested cushion as I'm unable to sit on the chairs because of the my back pain but she told its the chairs are available for me to sit without a cushion. This was clear indication that she was not willing to help me with my current situation.
