Appalling Service and Dishonesty at Netcare Alberton.

If you really care about your loved one don't take them to Netcare Alberton, Don't ignore the reviews like I did, Don't be deceived by the fancy building and the fancy interior design it doesn't match the care or the service, they only care about draining your medical aid and then telling you that there isn't much that they could do. Don't get me started about the waiting time in casualty. My father has been to different hospitals and he has never been discharged feeling worse than he came in, for 14 days in Netcare Alberton every visit he looked like his been sedated with no improvement, there's lack of empathy from the staff and poor feedback and No communication from the Doctors, for The whole week we've never met or seen the Dr ,there was never any updates from her about my fathers health, every day his health was deteriorating and yet on her report (the fancy iPad that they carry around)it says that she has communicated with the family, I was flabbergasted, Alberton Netcare has been nothing but a Nightmare and Emotionally draining for my Family and I.
