Appalling care in the maternity ward

Netcare Clinton hospital!!! Brought my wife in for emergency. Severe pain, fainting, muscle spasm, and she is 33 weeks pregnant. Got to hospital at 8:05 it’s now 12:15 still waiting for the attending doctor to see her after casualty sent her to the maternity ward?!? Baby is fine but the mother isn’t !!! Do they not care???
