Appalled by the poor service!

I am so appalled by the poor service from all the nurses at Garden City Hospital maternity ward.. They have no regard for human life, no dignity and no lack of humanity!!!! I have just witnessed the most saddest thing in my life that was oh so fami****. The lady laying next to me just had her baby and the baby didn't make it. They kept telling her pain was normal. That what she was feeling is normal. She lost the baby whereas if they acted faster the baby might have made it! I hate this hospital with all my might. It's no different to government yet we pay private medical rates. This is sick! I don't even feel like delivering my baby here as I am also expecting and I really really really don't have confidence that they will treat me any better.
