Appalled

In my life have I never seen such low regard for human life and they’re well-being.

I brought my partner in who carried our twin girls. After completing all the paperwork, getting her ready in a room as her water broke and she was in labour.

At 28weeks in term a woman who has not had an easy pregnancy, seeing that lost her first in a ectopic pregnancy and had to have two cone biopsy’s, had to get a stitch to be able to carry child and her falling pregnant alone is a miracle. Then a hospital who advertise pregnancy as they’re no facility turns around and tells us to leave. A woman in pain, stressed, with infants being born far to early and after I paid R850 for the bed tells me to leave and they are not willing to give me till Monday to resolve an issue with my medical aid that they knew very well works as it had been used there only 2 weeks earlier this so advertised facility would rather risk the lives of 3 people rather then allow a patient or should I rather say “client” to resolve a issue that would likely take a few phone calls.

And after telling me to take my suffering partner and leave, when I asked about the R850 this almost client paid n few minutes ago I was told to submit a refund claim.

Your facility treats patients “clients” priority in accordance to how fat their wallets and not even from the lowers form of humanity did I expect anyone to turn away someone in need and in pain,

You have completely shown me the lowest form of humanity exsist under than Netcare Linkwood Hospital.

Seeing that this almost “client” was not using your services but had paid without hesitation the amount of R850 and there was not delay, not claim submission, no requests of forms or battle for the R850 to leave my account and enter yours I would find it exceptionally egocentric if that same favour is not reciprocated, unless you consider yourself more important that another why then would you cause me even more effort and pain for something I gave you so easily.

I await correspondence very soon and this exact note I am going to post anywhere that a review can be posted.
