Answer your phones

Trying to get hold of a Travel Clinic. Called Medicross Randburg twice. Endless music waiting for someone to answer. Gave up. Then called Netcare Occupational Health and Travel Clinic - Sandton. They don't even have an IVR for you to get stuck in - they simply don't answer the phone!!!
