Angry Private Patient

I had an oral procedure done in June the 26th and paid R16000 in cash as i was a private patient, after 4 weeks i requested a statement and it showed i had to be refunded seven thousand and till today i have not received that money, i have app**** for refund, included all the required documents but the application is still being processed when i call to enquire. The policy says it takes 7 to 14 days to process a refund but it has been more than a month now .

i am sure if i was the one owing Netcare i would have been harassed everyday to find out when i will be making the payment
