*********** and rude accounts department at St Augustines hosipital

St Augustine's Hospital claimed a total amount R 9750 from my medical savings account even though my wife was admitted and this should have been claimed under the hospital benefit. When I called them to enquire about this the first guy was very arrogant and rude and he dropped the phone on me, I then called again and was transferred to another lady who refused to discuss the claim with me as they say I'm not the "patient", even though I'm the medical aid main member and the responsible person for the account. A bunch of nonsense because they always phone me and demand payment when amounts are short. Don't expect me to be complaint when you phone me about outstanding amounts on the account since I'm not the "patient" as you say.
