****** and poor patient/client care

My child has been admitted several times at Pinehaven and the nursing staff in the paediatric ward is so unprofessional and ****** . There are huge discrepancies in the care that is given to non white patients this horrible treatment has been consistent . I have had to beg for my 8 month old baby to be given pain medication post operatively amongst many other issues. Where should we go for proper healthcare if private institutions (that charge exorbitant amounts of money) fail to give the bare minimum (mere patient care and empathy)
