AMBULANCE SERVICES FEE

REF: Case: ***<br> After enquiries and hoping that the matter will be addressed no such luck.<br> Unfortunately if I had known better I would have never used Netcare 911 ambulance services as they cannot be trusted. In January this year my fiance had to be transported by ambulance to the hospital, the paramedics attending the call out had to upgrade the call out, on question my fiance and i both asked them what the costs will be for this trip to the hospital and we were informed on 2 separate occasions that the account will be between R3000.00 to R5000.00. then when I finally got the accounts it was way more than expected. I had taken this up with both Tanya and Deon but they simply just pull up the theirs shoulders in this regard. <br> They have no means what so ever to resolve this case and after a while I never heard back from Deon again. Today 9 April 2016 I received a call from Xolani and I also tried to explain the whole incident to him. I was informed that I need proof by means of writing and recordings to state what I am saying. <br> SO IF YOU DO USE THESE SERVICES DO MAKE SURE YOU CARRY A WHOLE CAMERA TEAM WITH YOU!!! FOR PROOF!!!<br> They are totally ridiculous.
