Ambulance request attempt

Extremely disappointed in our experience. Called because a family member had a severe fever and we already tried everything we could. Call center lady goes through a whole script of questions like 'have you taken temperature' and being unimpressed with me saying we've done it all just send the ambulance. Spoke over me to finish her script and still couldn't say how long the ambulance would be. We ended up canceling and figuring it out ourselves.
