Amazing Florrie Rhode

My father underwent an op on 10/10/2018 He was out of theatre at 8pm. We were receiving appalling service from the night staff until I heard this woman’s voice who was checking on another patient. I approached her thinking she was the Night Manager but it was Sister Florrie Rhode - an angel sent by God! Never in my life have we ever received such service! Sister Florrie Rhode took action immediately! She single handedly changed my Dads sheets, wrapped his foot pillow in a sheet, brought him new blankets, asked him if he ate, brought him bottles that he could use to urinate in and at the same time showed immense sympathy, empathy, kindness, care and love!!

Sister Florrie Rhode deserves an increase, a bonus, a promotion and a vacation!!! She is the reason that Pretoria East Hospital has won best hospital for 5 consecutive years.

Sister Florrie, baie baie dankie vir alles!
