always get a second opinion
Rushed my husband in to emergency last week with chest pains and trouble breathing.the nursing staff were wonderful even opening a file was pleasant. Was very dissapointed with a Dr combrink that helped us. My husband was put on a drip ,blood was drawn and then the doctor examined him,did not listen to his lungs focused on his heart beat only.he decided that just because his heart was fine that he should treat him with ant acids and parracitamol ,got the blood tests back within 20 min he hardly looked at them and dismissed us,saying my husband was fine to leave.we were there just under an hour.I did not feel good about that so we went straight to our family doctor for a second opinion.there after a thorough examination and look at the blood test result he was diagnosed with pleurisy and peritonitis.quit seriouse if not treated properly.I will never again even in an emergency go back to mulbarton hospital.
