Allow tested Partners to be at theater during c-section

I was admitted at Akasia netcare on the 9th May at maternity i was told due to COVID 19 no visitors allowed even partners but when i give birth my partner will b allowed only if he produces covid 19 results today17 may the hospital stuff just told me that my partner won't be allowed at theater during c-section after he took leave went for testing the netcare decided change rules the operation is still to happen but my partner is crushed he won't be there to give me support and experience the birth of his baby why is netcare denying him this opportunity after stipulating all things needed to be done before the operation is netcare aware that is crushing feelings of supporting partners how am going to go through c-section while i am emotional pregnant n fragile cant netcare make exceptions like other hospitals allow partner to be at theater
