ALBERTON NETCARE IS HORRIBLE

I'm writing this email to let you know that that, Netcare Alberton has zero customer service, the front desk that is at the emergency department is horrible, the staff there is very unfriendly and they are extremely very slow to attend clients,

and when you try to enquire about the progress of creating a file they give you a nasty look, and they chat on their phones, and eat while we are waiting, I saw one nurse doing that, and it did not seem like they care, I waited for more than an hour for a file to be created and there were only 4 files to be created before me, and I had to leave before I receive assistance.
