Administrative nightmare dealing with Netcare Rosebank Clinic.

I paid a R6600 deposit on 28 May. Netcare Rosebank Clinic was paid in full on 7 June. To date , the amount owing to me has not been sent to their refunds deposit and it will take 7 to 10 days for the refund once they receive the details from their accounts department. This is theft.
