Admin and systems not synchronised/aligned despite updating online (Patient LogBox and on Netcare Portal

Despite using LogBox and updating ALL information with pre-authorizations online, constantly experience admin issues as information that is outdated still crops up. Codes are also questionable as still struggling after 16 month and now will not be reimbursed from Medical aid nor GAP cover
