Accounts seem to be in a bit of a mess

I have exhausted my options on this issue, hence my email to you.

Ref ********** ********** - R 497.43 Short paid by med aid/Member liable Netcare Linksfield Hospital NEDBANK Acc ********** 962 Br 191905

The days that I was discharged from hospital, I received a TTO (discharge prescription) from the specialist. When I went to the Netcare hospital pharmacy, they put this through the medical aid and even gave me less medication than the script allowed for to ensure it gets approved by the medical aid.

Now you keep on sending me sms’s. I spoke to a LDAY CALLED Elise in December last year already and she assured me this will be sorted out.

I also spoke to a lady at 010 ********** who said she would forward this to Elise again.

Nothing is happening in this regard and I now demand that you sort this out immediately.
