Accounts department unable to provide statements needed to claim GAP cover - will hold the hospital liable for the value!

No service - unable to provide statement to enable me to claim from GAP policy for Doctors bill I need proof of entry and exit date which is on the state!!! The LogBox functionality is nonsense as it is not used - the hospital admin is shocking I will claim the value the gap would have paid could I get the information on time! Now I am told to go to reception to get a statement as accounts cannot help - I don’t think so!
