ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

HORRIBLE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT!! The Accounts Department is pathetic!! Ms Nyembezi Champion is extremely rude, dismissive and not helpful at all.

We have a credit of R25k for over a year. My dad has stage 4 cancer and urgently got rushed to the hospital in December of 2025. He had to do a CTC and we requested to use the credit that we had.

The radiology department sent all the relevant documents that the accounts department would’ve needed and by the end of January 2026/ beginning of February 2026 the account was still not paid and we only found out because we wanted to use the remaining balance to do his next CTC scan.

Ms Nyembezi had advised on email a week prior to the next consultation in February that she had initiated the payment and still it was not done. Radiology advised that we would have to pay for both CTC scans upfront if the payment was not reflecting. On Saturday the 7th Radiology advised me of all of this (that payments were not done from the hospital time). On Monday the 9th of Feb I sent a follow up email and my family went to the hospital physically to try and get this resolved. Ms Nyembenzi told us that the Financial manager had to sign off. They said the financial manager “was in a meeting”. My family sat there for 2hr+ and still they did not get attended by the financial manager. She was around, walking up and down but no one attended to my dad who has stage 4 cancer and is a diplomat.

Eventually they left and went to get the medication by radiology in preparation for the CTC scan that would take place on Wednesday the 11th of Feb. By the time they left that afternoon. The account was still not paid, none of my emails were answered.

On Tuesday the 10th I sent a lengthy email expressing our frustration. And still no response!! Today the 11th of February 2026 - the day of the CTC scan, we still have no reply! I tried to call and asked to speak to the Financial Manager, the phone rang rang and rang again! Still no response!

I am so disappointed in your services, disappointed in how you speak to your clients and patients! You are highly *********** to even be in the position you are in!

When my parents were in her office and I was speaking to them over the phone, I could literally hear her on the phone laughing and was so unbothered.

If the money is ours and we paid over R100k cash for the initial operation he had with Dr Marumo! How is it so difficult to release our very own funds! From December 2025 to date 11th of Feb 2026!! You could not release ONE payment! Pathetic!

I don’t recommend anyone going there! They are ****py people!
