Account not being handled properly

I am very disappointed with the service I recieved from Parklane, Last year 2015 around March I was hospitalised for a headache. I came out of hospital and they submitted a claim for 3 days to medical aid, apparently medical aid only authorized for 1.5 days and requested the hospital to send them a motivation for a length of stay, that was not done and i was not informed as well. Today 06/04/2016 i received a call informing me that I have been handed over for something that I was not even aware of, when I called the medical aid, they advised that they asked the hospital to send them the length of stay motivation but that was not auctioned hence it was not paid. I am very disappointed that the hospital is not taking responsibility even today instead a year later I am getting a call informing me that I have been handed over.
